At WPS, we keep things personal, structured, and effective — so you always know what to expect and how we’ll support you from day one.
step 1. expression of interest
You reach out to us — either via the website or directly to a coach.
We’ll send you a quick consultation form to learn more about your training background, goals, and lifestyle.
step 2. Consultation Call
Your coach will set up a 1:1 Zoom call to talk through your form, ask key questions, and see if we’re the right fit for your journey. This is your space to ask questions, voice concerns, and feel confident in your decision.
Step 3: Onboarding
Once you’re ready to go, your coach will:
- Build your first block of programming (Google Sheets)
- Send a full onboarding video (via Loom) explaining how everything works
- Share a simple coaching agreement so everything’s clear from the start
We cover everything from how to record form videos to how to check in weekly and get the most out of coaching.
Step 4: Weekly Check-ins & Support
You’ll check in weekly — via Loom and/or WhatsApp — sharing how training is going. Your coach reviews progress, offers feedback, and updates your program with new targets or adjustments.
If you’re on the high-contact option, you also get direct daily messaging with a guaranteed response time.
You’ll receive:
- Technical feedback on form videos
- Emotional and mental support around training and competing
- Ongoing program tweaks to match your progress and lifestyle
step 5. Meet-Day & Beyond
For lifters prepping for comp:
We’ll schedule a meet-day planning call to go over warm-ups, attempts, and expectations. Wherever possible, your coach will also work with you to arrange in-person handling on the day – offering support right through to your final lift.
