Best for: Lifters who want daily communication, real-time support, and a highly responsive coaching relationship.

- Weekly check-ins (Loom video)
- Individualised programming (Google Sheets)
- Technique feedback (video analysis)
- Nutrition & mindset support
- Comp-day planning + handling (where possible)

Weekly Contact Coaching
Best for: Lifters who are self-motivated but still want structured feedback and guidance.
